Download, Install and Sign in to the Dispatcher App
In this article, you will learn how to begin using the Dispatcher App. Check out the Agent Quick Start Guide at the bottom for a high-level look at using the Dispatcher mobile app.
Signing up
Access to the Dispatcher mobile app is by invitation only.
A company that uses Dispatcher must first add you as a Agent before you can log in. A company here refers to an Employee of Agents that provide Agent screening, orientation, payroll information (paychecks & earnings), and support to all other Agent operations. Contact your dispatcher team directly when you need access to these before mentioned information.
Dispatcher App
Once you have been invited by your organization to join Dispatcher, you will receive an SMS message with a download link and a company code. Tap the link to be taken to the App or Play Store page where you may download the Dispatcher app. You will need the company code from the SMS message to log in for the first time. Afterward, you will be asked to enter your mobile number.
-> Make sure your mobile number is registered by dispachter compnay as Agent.
-> Then Agent needs to tap Log In.
-> Upon tapping Log In, you will receive an SMS with a OTP.
-> Enter the OTP in OTP screen received through SMS.
-> If didn't receive the OTP try resend OTP option or contact your dispatcher.
-> Lastly, by tapping Log In you should successfully be logged in and see the standard off duty screen.
